Using AI from a messenger
You can ask about your company’s cash status right in the messenger you already use.
Set it up under Messenger integration (메신저 연동) in the Settings menu.
What each messenger supports
Section titled “What each messenger supports”| Messenger | Capability |

| Slack | Mention the bot or send it a DM and the AI answers. |
| JANDI | Type the trigger keyword and the AI answers. |
| KakaoWork | Send the bot a message and the AI answers. |
| Teams | Notifications only. You cannot ask questions. |
| Custom webhook | Sends notifications to another messenger or your own server. |
Connecting
Section titled “Connecting”- Pick the platform tab and press Add integration (연동 추가).
- Follow the setup guide on screen to create a bot in your messenger.
- Enter the required values.
- Press Test (테스트) to confirm the message arrives.
Deciding who can use it
Section titled “Deciding who can use it”- Allow everyone (전체 허용) — anyone in your company
- Allowlist (허용 목록) — only the email addresses you specify
You receive answers on the messenger account that matches your Fintag account email.
Sending a chat answer to a messenger
Section titled “Sending a chat answer to a messenger”In Fintag AI agent, type “Send this to the Slack finance team channel” and it is sent to the channel you integrated.
You are asked to confirm once before it is sent.
Try it like this
Section titled “Try it like this”- Ask “What’s our balance right now?” straight from Slack during a meeting
- Share the daily cash status in your team channel each morning
- Check upcoming payment amounts from KakaoWork while you are out of the office
