Managing your subscription and tokens

You manage all of this from the Subscription · Top-up · Coupons (구독 · 충전 · 쿠폰) menu. It has Subscription & Tokens (구독·토큰), Payment Methods (결제 수단), and History & Refunds (내역·환불) tabs.

Note

Subscription and payment can be completed on the web only. The payment screen does not open in the mobile app.

Free and paid plans

• New accounts start on the Free plan.
• New accounts start on the Free plan (3 accounts, 2 cards, basic-model AI agent with 60,000 tokens per month).
• Paid plans raise the model tier and monthly AI usage, and unlock cash-flow forecasting.
• You can choose a monthly or yearly billing cycle.
• Yearly billing comes with a discount.

Registering a card

1. On the Payment Methods tab, press Add card (카드 추가).
2. Enter your details in the card registration window.
3. If you registered several cards, press the star to set the default payment method. Automatic renewal uses the default card.

The card in use for your subscription cannot be deleted. Set another card as the default first, then delete it.

Topping up tokens

• Top up on the Subscription & Tokens tab. The minimum top-up amount is 10,000 KRW.
• Turn on Auto top-up (자동 충전) and tokens are topped up automatically whenever they fall below the value you set.
• Use auto top-up so your work is never interrupted.
• If you have a coupon, enter the code on the same screen.

Cancelling your subscription

Cancel on the Subscription & Tokens tab. Choose one of two methods.

Method	What happens
Scheduled cancellation	You keep your current plan until the end date. Automatic renewal then stops. There is no refund.
Immediate cancellation with refund	Your subscription ends today. The remaining period is refunded.

If you choose immediate cancellation, the estimated refund amount and how it was calculated are shown first.

Requesting a refund

Apply from the refund request on the History & Refunds tab.

• Tokens can be refunded if you apply within 7 days of payment.
• Only unused tokens can be refunded.
• Subscriptions are refunded in full or pro-rated by days used, depending on the period and the plan.
• Tokens granted free of charge are not eligible for a refund.
• Requests are reviewed within 3 to 5 business days of submission.
• Once approved, the refund is issued to your payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

When to use this

• Check your billing date at the end of the month. Reflect it in your budget.
• Switch to the yearly plan before your team grows. It lowers your cost.
• Turn on auto top-up in months with heavy reporting work.
